A Miami native, Annette Navarro is a bilingual performer in both English and Spanish markets. She is currently in the production of "Freefall Frostbite" as Susan to be presented at 54 Below, NYC. Annette most recently starred as Kathy Bridge in the new musical "Loveless Texas" at The Sheen Center in New York City with music & lyrics by Broadway musical director Henry Aronson and libretto/direction by Cailín Heffernan. Prior to that she performed as Frieda, the diva and leading lady, in "Night Beats" at Busch Gardens Williamsburg. She also starred in DreamCatcher Theatre's "Into the Woods" at the Arsht Center, sharing the stage with Broadway legend Tituss Burgess as the Witch, and afterwards played Dorothy in AlphaNYC Theater's production of "The Wizard of Oz". Other theatrical roles include Maca, the female lead in the Spanish play “Martini Drama” at the experimental MicroTeatro Miami, Beverly in the premier of “Miami Beach the Musical”, and Maria in Miami Acting Company’s “Man of La Mancha”. She has also made TV appearances on Telemundo’s “Dama y Obrero”, “La Casa de al Lado”, and “Alguien the Mira” as well as International commercials. Annette trained as an apprentice at The Broadway Theatre Project, Springboard at the American Theatre Wing and The Performing Arts Project. She graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Music degree in Musical Theater and was also an active member of the GrammyU Association. She continues to pursue her artistic endeavors as well as her songwriting in NYC. Her newest single "Falling For You" is currently available on iTunes.
